The Austin Apartment Association held their annual Property of the Year Awards & Officer Installation on Friday, June 6. Held at the Hyatt Regency, it was truly one of the highlights of the year!

The following awards were presented:
- Mid/High Rise Property of the Year: Eleven, Alliance Residential Company
- Emerald Award (50-299 Units) Property of the Year: Colonial Grand at Double Creek, MAA
- Emerald Award (300+ Units) Property of the Year: Gables Grandview, Gables Residential
- Diamond Award (50–299 Units) Property of the Year: Gables Central Park, Gables Residential
- Diamond Award (300+ Units) Property of the Year: Preserve at Travis Creek, Greystar
- Sapphire Award (50-299 Units) Property of the Year: Arbors of Wells Branch, Milestone Management
- Sapphire Award (300+ Units) Property of the Year: City Point Apartments, Greystar
- Affordable Housing Property of the Year: Lakeline Apartments, Riverstone Residential Group
- Ruby Award Property of the Year: Mint Urban Red River Apartments, Cardinal Group
