The Liberty Group was founded over four decades ago as an executive search firm serving the Houston multifamily and commercial real estate (CRE) markets. The firm quickly earned a reputation as a national leader, placing real estate executives and personnel in 47 of the 50 states. On a national level, some of the most innovative and successful multifamily industry businesses are now led by executives placed by The Liberty Group.

The Liberty Group's Growth Timeline

1990

The Liberty Group began providing temporary staffing services for Houston employers, focusing on the multifamily housing (apartment) industry. As demand exploded, the firm steadily expanded its scope to provide temporary and temp-to-direct hire staffing services in office/professional support.

1995

Liberty Screening Services opened to meet customer demand for pre-employment screening, drug testing, background checks, and more. The addition of Liberty Screening made The Liberty Group a true one-stop shop for finding the perfect employee.

2000s

Liberty began offering contract employment services, giving companies a flexible way to add high-quality experts to their teams on a short- or long-term basis.
