The Liberty Group Nashville is located right off the I-40 and Briley Parkway off of Elm Hill Pike. Make a left on Marriott Drive off of Elm Hill Pike, at the top of the hill make a left in the 4th entrance into 555 Marriott Drive entrance. You can easily commute from Mt. Juliet, Hermitage and Donelson. It’s also only 15 minutes to downtown Nashville.
Nashville is known as “Music City” and is the capital of the state of Tennessee. It is also home to Vanderbilt University. Legendary country music venues include the Grand Ole Opry House, home of the famous “Grand Ole Opry” stage and radio show. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and historic Ryman Auditorium are Downtown, as is the District, featuring honky-tonks with live music and the Johnny Cash Museum, celebrating the singer’s life.
Nashville’s multifamily market experienced another banner year for 2015 through 2016. The combination of consistent growth and net in-migration, a vibrant and expanding economy, along with record-setting numbers in tourism and apartment sales, served as a catalyst for demand during 2015. Nashville’s growth rate is tied for eighth in the country among the largest apartment markets and is down only slightly from the 6.6 percent pace from the first quarter. Still, the Axiometrics team says the overall apartment market is showing signs that growth will be more moderate:
