Instructions to Complete Your Time Sheet Online
You must submit your time through the online portal by Sunday of each week!
Steps to submit hours online:
– Enter username and password (If you forgot/lost this information please contact your staffing coordinator ASAP, the payroll team does not have access to this).- Select “Time Entry”
– Select week ending in
– Select your assignment
– Enter start and end time including the AM and PM
– For BREAK/LUNCH hours enter as follows
(ex. 15 mins. = 0.25, 30 mins. = 0.5, 45 mins. = 0.75, 60 mins. = 1.0)
– Review total hours for each day and the week
NOTE: Once you click submit you will not be able to make any changes. If you need to make changes please call the payroll hotline or your staffing coordinator right away. The online times heet will automatically be sent to the property manager/authorized time approved for review and approval. Once your online time sheet is approved, you WILL receive an email confirmation that it has been approved.
