Hi everyone. First let me just say THANK YOU to our current clients for entrusting us with your staffing needs so far this year. We hope we have been able to meet and exceed your expectations and want to continue to do so into 2015 and beyond. The Liberty Group has been in business for over 40 years serving The Apartment Industry and is growing nationally. We are now moving into markets where clients have requested our services. Due to this substantial growth, here in NC/SC we are happy to announce the addition of 3 new Recruiters headquartered in the Charlotte office. These Recruiters will handle all the needs in the Charlotte, Triad and Triangle markets. Robyn Wojcicki comes from a long career as a Property Manager and has done lots of hiring and interviewing for on-site positions at her previous companies.
Robin Lassiter many of you may know from her career on-site and her strong reputation in staffing for the Apartment industry for over 10 years.
Valerie McCarty comes to us from the Staffing Industry and has done interviewing, hiring and placements for large Fortune 500 companies across the United States.

For those of you that have not yet met our Raleigh Branch Manager, her name is Elizabeth Godwin. She also has a strong Property Management background including being on-site and was most recently with an Apartment Industry Vendor, AFR. Elizabeth handles Sales for the Triangle Market. My career on site encompassed everything from Leasing to Regional Manager in the Triad and Charlotte markets as well as Sales with The Apartment Guide in Charlotte. I handle the Sales for the Charlotte and Triad Markets.

With 4^th quarter upon us, we know that tightening of budgets and hitting that year end NOI are forefront in your minds.
