Ken Bohan Named NAA National Supplier Council Achievement Award Recipient for 2020

We are delighted to announce that our Kenneth Bohan, President of The Liberty Group has been named NAA National Supplier Council Achievement Award Recipient.  The National Apartment Association Supplier Achievement awards recognize individuals based on professional achievement and personal contributions to the apartment industry.

Ken Bohan joined his first apartment association in 1978 determined to be an important contributor to the industry.  As his company expanded, he joined more apartment associations and is currently a member of 29 different apartment associations throughout the US.  In the last five years he has sponsored or co-sponsored through The Liberty Group over 378 association events.  He is an avid proponent of being involved in the associations and that is a belief that he has instilled in all of his staff.

“I think it is imperative and am surprised that more vendors do not get heavily involved.  Without question the Apartment Associations are the best opportunity to network both from a potential client and candidate perspective for The Liberty Group.  In addition, we find it to be an enriching experience for our employees by giving them an outlet to give back to a worthwhile cause while building relationships to enhance their career.  To be able to make a difference, develop leadership skills, and see the results of your efforts invokes a sense of pride that makes a heart lighter, the future brighter and redefines the meaning of success.  I am so proud of my work family’s achievements!” he stated when asked how he can invest the amount of time and energy that it takes to have this kind of result with his employees.

Ken is an excellent choice for this award and we couldn’t be more proud.  We hope that his service and dedication to the associations will inspire others to follow his example of leadership, support and mentoring to give back and make a difference.

Ken was recognized in a virtual awards ceremony on November 5th.  This award ceremony is available to watch at
